Petition to Fast Track a NEW I-10 Bridge in Southwest Louisiana

We need a new bridge now, not 20 years from now. How many more bad accidents or major congestion does it take to make the point. Thank you to the SWLA Business Alliance for getting something going.

Please get this bridge situation fixed before it causes alot of deaths

As I said on the other screen, The I-210 bridge is being upgraded for the casinos. WHEN the I-10 bridge collapses, I will help the victims' families seek reimbursement from the state - for their atrocity.

Only Logical thing to do is replace the I-10 bridge First!

The I-10 bridge has a wreck on it every week. The bridge is not only unsafe but also too narrow. The 210 bridge is wider and in my humble opinion much safer. Please consider a new bridge for I-10 before 210 repairs.

I am a resident of WestLake ,La and have to cross these bridges daily. The situation is very scary and we have been begging for a new I10 bridge for years. Please listen to the people instead of politics !!

Everyone in the Lake Charles area seems to agree that the I-10 bridge is unsafe. Everyone except the people with the actual authority to fix it. This needs to be a priority. What kind of tragedy has to happen to take the concerns about the bridge seriously?

Please rethink your construction plans! How will our precious I10 handle the stress from diverted traffic when you start work on 210? It won't! You are putting peoples lives in danger!

The Bridge covering I-10 is very antiquated, out-of date-looking! It is so old, it does not look safe enough to even travel!! Our daughter travels over it , many times a year, She lives in Lake Charles.. She said it's very narrow and dangerous!! This overly-used bridge has had its day! It needs urgent attention, before there is a terrible tragedy!! Thank you. .
