my brother ran with him for the first four years of his track career. And after his expierence with Ralph, he never stopped.

Without Ralph I wouldn't be half the runner I am today. He is one of the most influential coaches I've had in my entire career. Ralph's voice has been in my head, at every starting line, from 4th grade until today.

The best coach I've had in any sport I've played. He really cares about his athletes. The skill he teaches his athletes not only apply to the track but also in life.

I ran cross country for Coach Ralph for nine years of my grade school experience. He is definitely the best coach I've ever had because he not only knows what he's doing, he develops special relationships with you and your fellow teammates. Under his coaching, we won states my last year of grade school. Ralph is a unique coach as well as a friend and a mentor. I don't think the decision of putting him in the hall of fame will be hard. Thank you Coach Ralph for all those years we spent together.
