Is it possible for Sky City to have their own substation that will only accommodate us since we are paying customer. We should have made a priority because when we dn pay rates for two month municipality cut us out which is not fair

As a Skycity residence who timeously pay rates fully and on time demand that skycity have its own substation which will be able to cater for residence who pay rates and add value to the municipality.
