We oppose the re-zoning. It reduces the value of our houses and makes this community very congested.

After sitting on the district boundary committee and seeing the impact of the district's change of borders, I am concerned about the impact moving this area to town homes. Town homes (or any homes for that matter) means more children at Liberty Ridge Elementary. One of the biggest reasons to redo the boundaries was to reduce the population at LRE. I'm afraid adding more housing to this area will negate all that was done. The district made the boundary changes with the knowledge that this land is and would be commercial. The numbers they used didn't reflect the possibility of a change in this area. Had this been on the table months ago when these changes were being discussed, things would have had to be different with the boundaries. Please keep this area commercially zoned so LRE's population stay at functional capacity.

MORE townhomes - this does NOT uphold the integrity and intention of the Stone Mill Farms area.

This community does not need anymore residential homes. This area is zoned commercial. Allow for the existing residents to enjoy their community by allowing small business growth and expansion in other ways. Our small business community relies on plat zoning for them and excellent site opportunities like this one. Please do not take this away from them. As previously mentioned, over-development of high-density residential will overpopulate schools, which will create another problem. Deny the request and focus on small business development in the area!

We really need more town homes???? That land could be used for so many better things!!! How about a park? Would love some sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, open space, a cafe, coffee shop, etc. We live near this land and were lead to believe there would NOT be more homes here.

We have enough town houses in the area. We need some small shops, i.e., Ice cream, coffee, anything but more town houses.

This area absolutely should remain commercial. A coffee/bagel shop, an ice cream store, a small park/garden--things that would enhance the quality of life for the residents living there. That area is already very dense with housing. Nearest amenities are not bike able for kids. We want to be able to walk there.

If not commercial, a baseball field/park would be great - we always practice and play games on the other side of Woodbury

The area was zoned commercial for a reason, and the community expects it to remain zoned for commercial. It should not be rezoned strictly to benefit the financial interests of a builder. Of further concern, due to excess supply, additional high density housing is likely to compress residential property values in Woodbury. In addition, the additional housing is likely to exacerbate the overcrowding at Liberty Ridge Elementary.

Please don't rezone this area. There's already two townhome-filled corners at that intersection.

Not only does this neighborhood NOT need more town homes, but the number of kids that it will bring in to the neighborhood will only create more capacity issues for Liberty Ridge Elementary.

When we purchased our home in SMF three years ago, we were assured the plot of land on settlers ridge and lake road would be used as retail. Small retail shops would be a wonderful addition to our community. Please do not rezone for more town homes. Thank you for consudering.
