Against rezoning, there are enough town homes in that area.

When we bought in Stonemill Farms, we were sold on this being a commercial zone. The proposed rezoning plan does not fit with the community's needs.

This area was sold to home owners as a commercial zone. The proposed rezoning plan does not fit with the community's needs. It only suits the builder and his/her financial interests.

There were originally two retail/commercial tracts in Stonemill. The first was poorly positioned in a hole across from Liberty Ridge that now houses the Site 2 kindergarten and Stepping Stones daycare. I think everyone is still hoping for some form of retail/coffee shop/etc at this location. Woodbury does not need more houses! How about thinking about where everyone that already lives here should work....????

Please do not rezone this as a residential space. We also purchased in Stonemill knowing that would be a commercial space. There are too many townhomes in that area!!

Part of the reason we purchased in Stonemill was because of the future retail space. Please keep it that way.

No more changes...light commercial was sold to us and light commercial still be the plan. The streets through our community are already overwhelmed with traffic.

Do not rezone to allow more townhomes in this area! The area was identified as commercial use when we made our decision to purchase our home; having that large an area stuffed with more tall, closely spaced residential buildings will devalue the investment we have made. Commercial or park space would protect our property values.

We were all told this space was set aside for commercial use. This was a factor in our decision to buy a home in Stonemill. A change of this magnitude is unfair. Zoning should remain commercial.

If it has to be rezoned, make it a park for all to enjoy.
