We absolutly need more commercial space not less to support the hudge residential growth currently underway. This space Shd remain open for future amenities/infrastructure that will be badly needed to support these residents. Should apts be constructed, they should be placed on a secondary side street not on the Main Street.

Our town does not have enough day care positions already. There are kids that have to go to school in the city due to not enough daycare space. If we want to improve our town we need commercial aspects to be more attractive. A grocery store, coffee and breakfast or any restaurant... would garner more interesting for this community.

There is no need for three storey blocks. Getting tired of these developers and their bait and switch tactics to try and squeeze more profit at the expense of a community's wellbeing

We definitely need more commercial space in this community. There are lots of houses being built. Will they sell if there is only a convenience store and no restaurant?

Businesses would also provide more employment, especially for our youth.

We need businesses in town. And with the community getting even larger, we will need them even more. Main Street has no commercial property.

I would love for there to be some commercial property left in St. Adolphe.

We need the infrastucture to support the residents that already live in our community. I say "NO" to further increasing the amount of residential dwellings

We need more businesses. How about a gym or grocery store. For a growing community!

No more high density residential is required. The plan has land set aside for that. Commercial space in development is crucial to providing services to the new development, especially close to main street.

St. Adolphe can not afford to loose any more Commercial space for Residential. There is plenty of room within the new area for Multi-Family development, just not at the expense of what little Commercial Space there is.

High density residential should be put in the middle of the development nothing the commercial area.

very important that this stays commercial, need this room for busyness to grow. there is a lot more room to put this type of development in that area. and can cross that bridge later .
