Yakub Abdul Razak Memon (born 30 July 1962) is an chartered accountant Yakub Memon is the brother of Tiger Memon. He completed a Masters in Commerce at the Burhani College of Commerce and Arts. In 1986, Memon enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed study as a chartered accountant in 1990. He is well educated and innocent civilians.Even he doesn't know how to use weapons. Is he terrorist? Why? Because he is brother of tiger memon ? or He is muslim? Let me tell you about india secular.
