He had already completed his punishment 21 yrs. he is in jail. Why jail, courts are made to correct the human and to make him fit in the community cultures. Now if he is corrected than must mercy on him. Also, in surrender case justice not allowed for death penalty.

He should be hanged only after the main culprit are caught and brought to book ( govt. should not forget that he himself has surrendered)

100% of indian population knows that yakub memon was not involved in that mumbai blast but then also our indian government had proofed that yakub was involved without any proof how it is possible he himself surrendered beacause he was having faith in indian government but yakub forgeted one thing that he is MUSLIM all over in india if the person who bleongs the peaceful religion ISLAM is terriost lol remove that cheap thinking indian fucking government
if yakub is hanged then we want saadhvi nd others hindu who killed punjab prime minister and rajiv gandhi
