Without the open marina so many people would miss out on all the nature around the islands. Many people love to shell those islands as well!

Please don't shut this down. I fly from PA to FL mainly to go on shelling tours in Goodland FL and dolphin watching tours. This is the only reason I come there.

The problem is not the commercial vendors. The issue is we have a lot of visitors that want to explore marco island on the water If the commercial operators are shut down the tourist wont be able to access the water.

Privately owned small businesses such as fishing guides, scenic tour guides, and the like are what bring people to Marco and surrounding areas. Taking away the one ramp on south Marco from them not only hurts their business but your tourist industry as well. Budget for more parking and let businesses run from the launch.

My family and I enjoyed being able to book a private charter while in Florida. Keep the policy the way it is so all can enjoy what Florida has to offer at a good price.

One of the reasons we travel to Marco twice a year is for me to take the shelling tours ! I hope the powers that be come up with a solution that will be positive for all !
