Petition to Continue Commercial Activity at Caxambas Park

Don’t take the shelling tours away!

I am a frequent vacationer to Marco Island and I always look forward to doing the charters there.

The commercial contractors that utilize these public ramps have built businesses that they rely upon to make a living. I know from personal experience that they operate from Caxambas in a professional manner and should most definitely be allowed to continue their operations.

I have been running a backcountry guide service for 15years and this will put me out of business .

I support the idea to renovate commercial activities based on the business and familias that will be affevted and the tourist too

Please don’t get rid of the commercial tours.

I’m shocked, highly disappointed, and disgusted that this is even a consideration. This work is the lifeline of the people of Marco.

What an ignorant decision to close businesses over a few parking spots

Don’t stop access. We love the kayack tours!!

The ramp and fule dock are vital to all boaters on the south end of our Island. Please do not close it.

Why would you do that people are going to loose so much business my grandfather took me to caxambas to go out on the boat we always bought our bait and tackle there

We need our ramp. Especially in these hard times. Getting outside is where we should all be. Fishing w our captains is our fresh air getaway from this pandemic. And these guys work very hard. There's alot of people sitting at home waiting for there free govt paycheck. Our Captains deserve to have this ramp. Not just now but forever.

I would spend my vacations and money elsewhere if these opportunities are taken away!

I want this opportunity. Please do not remove this joy for every visitor to your area.

Please do not close this wonderful opportunity to explore nature!!!

I have visited and this needs to stay as it is. Open to ALL!!!!

Keep our local economy alive! Not only do tourists enjoy the activities available on Marco, but locals do too.
