Please, for the sake of the community, focus on commercial development; not these quick short term fixes to revenue problems. Multi-unit buildings have attracted poor quality residents, are draining our social programs, and are shifting focus from the need for commercial development. It's so sad, a town our size doesn't have a "Hingham Shipyard, " Derry St Shops" or a "Legacy Place". The Landing, can be a beautiful commercial zone if planned properly.

This has been a problem for years. Weymouth may be "built out" as far as land goes, but there are buildings in the lamding and along A thast can be torn dowwn and new commercial building done.
