Would prefer a moratorium on all building, other than commercial (Southfield excluded).

I would like to see a mortorium on building homes in Southfield. We need more quality commercial property. Thank you for doing this. It is great you took the lead.

We do NOT need any more apartment buildings or storage units. As a matter of fact, let's get rid of half of the apartment complexes and storage units that are already here.

Please change the zoning laws that are not helping Weymouth move forward in a positive direction.

We need wholesale changes in the zoning of our Town and not only as it relates to apartments but to heavy industrial manufacturing, we don't need this type of industry invading our neighboorhoods. That said, the first step is a clear and concise vision of Weymouth –covering Eco-Development, Re-development, Housing, Tourism, Community Engagement, Schools and Parks & Rec. This pause, as long as a long term strategy is being developed, make senses and is in the best interest of our Town. We need to “shut it down” ( excluding Southfield) until the new leadership leads, something we have lacked for almost a decade.

Hope this works as I think Weymouth is starting to get overcrowded with condos and apartments rather than nice new houses to live in which you pay the same for apartments these days...ridiculous!

The current regulation must change.
