Petition to change the dated dog by laws in Ville St. Laurent

I am all for it!

Totally absurd!

This is long overdue!

I support responsible dog owners and their ability to walk their dogs in parks in VSL. Stupid law!

Excellent idea to have this petition, it is completely rediculous that we are not Allowed to have our dogs in the parks while they are on leash.

Not being able to walk to the dog park along the park makes no sense when the dog park is located in the park !

I'm a responsible dog owner and fully support this initiative. In some places I must walk in the street because other than the paths we're not allowed to walk on with our dog there are no sidewalks. I feel like I'm putting my life in jeopardy because I have a dog! Nonsense!

Dogs are part of the family. We should be able to at least walk with our dogs on the pathway that goes around the park.

We need to keep telling them this is not acceptable!! On a leash should be allowed on the main pathways (not in the park/green spaces where kids play though).

Responsible dog owners should be allowed to enjoy public spaces with their dogs! And what about service and therapy dogs?

Dogs are part of many people lives.. They need to be walked.. It is not right to STORE them at home.. They should be allowed in parks on leases..

We need to be able to walk our dogs in the parks of St.Laurent. We pay our taxes!!!!!!!!!

I belve that the walkway should allow dogs.

We have a nice park, and I would like to walk there with my sons dog. I am old and I don't want to walk on side of the streets, I don't want to trip.

I totally agree with this petition. Why can’t I walk my dog on a leash in a public park. Other Montreal boroughs permit this

Saint Laurent should look at the time of dog parks that are in rosemont and take an example ... the dog parks here are so small dogs can’t exercise in them ... full of big rocks and mod (obviously who ever designed these parks here never owned a dog)... go look at the ones in rosemont, outemont even downtown !!
