Petition to Amend the DAC General Manager’s Two Year Employment Agreement so That the Agreement no Longer Renews Each and Every Day.

To the DAC Board:

We, as members of the Denver Athletic Club, desire to have the Employment Agreement between our General Manager Andre' van Hall and our club renegotiated. Specifically, we desire that the Board of Directors renegotiate the agreement in order to remove the "Evergreen Clause", which states "It is intended that the term of employment be a rolling two year term" and "shall renew itself daily."

We make this recommendation in light of being made aware at the recent DAC Town Hall Meeting that a previous DAC Board of Directors had entered into a two year employment contract with Mr. van Hall, which renews each and every day in perpetuity. The recommendation set forth in this petition solely pertains to Mr. Andre’ van Hall’s Employment Agreement and does not pertain to any other employee contract with the Club.
