The current momentum has provided the leverage needed to request a formal review from the Home Office. I am coordinating with an immigration solicitor to finalize our submission strategy this week.

Unbelievable. The system is completely broken when a qualified nurse has to fight just to do her job. Poor woman.
Common sense has gone out the window. Why make it so hard for people who actually contribute to this country?
My daughter is a nurse and I know how hard they work. Sending a qualified professional home is a total waste.
This is just madness. We are crying out for nurses in the NHS and they are turning away someone who is already trained and wants to help. Sort it out!
How can the government have no issue with dishing out millions in benefits - but not allow a qualified UK resident to work??
