The UK Government are denying Jing Li from China to work in England.
Mrs Li-Mitchell is married in England to an EU resident and has been living in England for 7 years. She has recently qualified from a London University as a registered nurse with a first class honors degree.
Here is a hardworking, conscientious, professional family woman in her thirties with a family and life set up in England for some years.
The Government are refusing to issue a working visa / permit on Mrs Li-Mitchell's passport because she left the country for a few months to visit China 5 years ago.
This is an outrage and should not be tolerated.
All Mrs Li-Mitchell and her husband ask is for permission forMrs Li-Mitchellto work in their now home country, England, where they have made an honest living and paid tax for years.
