I attended my daughter's home birth with her partner, children and 2 wonderful midwives. Home birth should be a viable choice for all women.

come on australia you are lagging behind. homebirth a safe option with better outcomes for low risk women than the tertiary hospitals! wake up and start treating your women and midwives with the respect they deserve!

Home births should be encouraged as giving birth is not a medical condition! It would free up valuable hospital beds that are needed by the sick!
