Juleian is my god brother. Ever since he was born juleian has been a good kid. I don't think one mistake (THAT HE OWNED UP TO) should degrade his life. He enjoys sports and he really enjoys R.O.T.C. I also did R.O.T.C. all 4 years of high school and it does have a great impact on a young adults life. Please do not deprive my god brother of being the successful man that he wants and deserves to be. Thank you

I think he should be able to play. When i went to harrisonburg high and white kid Eric Hogan) got caught with a gun in his locker and was never expelled and was still able to play on the varsity baseball team.

Don't ruin his adult life by holding him back as a youth! He is a very nice young man and should be allowed to play! It sounds to me like he has taken responsibility and has been held accountable. The school system shouldn't be punishing him as well.

I grew up with juleian cappell and he has always been a sweet guy, i know he may have gotten into trouble but its a lession learned, he deserves to play football, you cant just take away everything from a kid. I hope they let him play because that will help keep his mind in a good place, good luck juliean i hope you get this!!
