We, the undersigned, request the planning commission allow the construction of a new retail building next to Penn Square Mall in order that a highly sought-after, new-to-market retailer can provide their goods and services to OKC, decreasing sales tax leakage and providing valuable revenue for city services like police, fire, street maintenance, etc.

About time we got some better stores here instead of driving to Dallas for everything.
Penn square is already so busy but i guess it makes sense to put it right there.

I'm all for new businesses, but maybe in another area? That one is so congested.
We need to grow our base and new to market business is vital to our growth
