Food is a necessity, not a luxury

I live just blocks from Kroger and it’s always packed! I don’t understand how it could be a loss?

Really think that Kroger’s should reconsider but know this is a business decision BUT too bad they don’t look at the hardships it will cause and do what is best for our city!

This store neds to stay open or give the buildinfpg to the city. Doing anything else creates a hardship for our neneighbors in this area. I guess the community will need to shop at Meijers and Aldi. Why support Kroger when they won't support our community!

Please consider either keeping this store open or giving the building to the city. Doing anything else will create a hardship for our neighbors living in this area.

Please keep this store open, It's much needed in this area. I have transportation But I shop here to support our community. It's always busy, You will lose profit. Show this Krogers some love( remodel) like you did on Derr Road and East Main Street. This is also vital for our l-70 Travelers. Please reconsider.

Save Kroger’s

People of the south side of Springfield need this grocery store. Many people may have to rely on convenience stores to do their shopping if Kroger closes. Those stores have a limited amount of food, and have no produce, meat, and other necessary items needed for a healthy diet.

This kroger closing would be awful people need this store

People in the community need access to fresh produce. Those without transportation will be left with lower quality food at higher prices.

I bet they didn’t think so many people cared, but of course they do. The south side doesn’t have any other grocery options besides Kroger, and it’s ridiculously that they wanna take away the only option a lot of people have to get what they really need.

I hope for the people in the area without means of transportation...it will reconsider

Please don't close the Kroger's on South limestone please. I have 15 family and friends that goes to that Kroger's because there is not another store in the area and they are disabled and some of them have to car and a couple are in wheelchairs. Please don't close
