Petition to Advocate for Kroger store on South Limestone Springfield Ohio to reconsider leaving the community with Healthy and sustainable food suppor

A majority of the people on the southside of Springfield doing the shopping or children and people without a vehicle. Please do not take the only grocery store on the southside of Springfield. It is within walking distance for those who have no other mode of transportation.

I live on the south side and see people who have to walk to store won't be fair to them of store closes

This will leave no major grocery store in the southern 1/2 of Springfield. This is a huge hardship on those who live there. Please do not close this store; increase security if you need to.

This would be wrong everyone doesnt have transportation in Springfield especially the elderly

There are many inexpensive options Kroger Corp could implement if the decision is because of the amount of theft. I think Kroger Corp should attend a Town Hall meeting to listen to the Community. I know I would attend.

Please do not contribute to a food desert in our impoverished town Kroger! We do all of our grocery shopping with you and will change our mind if you decide to not continue to support our town of Springfield, Ohio.

Many people in this area lack transportation and walk to this Kroger establishment. They need this store to provide for their families. For the sake of this Community, please reconsider.

Dear Kroger’s, Please don’t close the South Limestone location. The people in the community need this grocery store for their basic needs, most of the people on that side don’t have the necessary transportation to go back and forth. You would cause a great disservice to the community it would have dire consequences. It would cause a food desert for thousands of people and strain the resources of the food bank. I’ve shopped at this store since a kid I would hate to see it go

Removal of this store without the option for another grocery store operate there in the future will have dire consequences for that entire side of town.

We need a kroger in that end of town because 90 percent of the people have to walk to the store and if they leave then alot of people have no other way to get to the store

Please do what’s right & leave our store up!!

This is the only grocery store on the south side of springfield. I hope sweedway is ready to buy alot of eggs n milk. Just so we can pay $3 for eggs and $4 for milk? What are people gonna do, walk to belctel, walk to mainstreet. Not everyone has a car. The liqour store. And where am i gonna get my cornbread!!!! DO NOT CLOSE SOUTH LIMESTONE KROGER!!!!!
