In York, Maine, there is constantly litter and plastic thrown around our beaches, and the town doesn't seem to do much about it. This not only makes our beaches look worse, but also harms the environment. This petition is to persuade the parks and recreations department to add recycling bins along the beaches of York, Maine to help with this problem.

I think this is a really good idea. I spend a lot of time at Short Sands in the summer and agree this is something that should be put in place.

We definitely need to do this, pollution in many places is out of control. There aren't enough places for tourists to dispose of anything. Great Job!
