Petition to Act as a Witness for Darcy Smith

These lies are very hurtful, but Darcy will prevail. Hopefully the young man will get the professional help he needs. He is obviously very twisted.

I worked in Darcy Smith's claim and became a very good friend in the process. I look up to her not only professionally but just as an incredible women full of integrity. Darcy's innocence will be proven because she is in fact, innocent.

I have known Darcy for almost all my life over twenty years she is such a kinda hearted person and a lady who would not do that type of thing to anyone . She had a family and kids she don't deserve these types of accusation at all

Mrs. Smith was a teacher for both off our girls and i also got to know her as a coworker at the same school and i know she will never have an inappropiate relationship whith any student. she is a wonderful woman, mother and teacher who always is being a role model for her passion to help others and her great talent with teaching and motivating students to believe in themselves and to have big dreams for their lives. Darcy always tought her students how to stand up for their rights and injustices in the world and thats why my daughters former students of Mrs.Smith were brave to create this petition to testify against this accusation of her. We know and we were witnesses that all that she did for her "son" was to provide and give him a better life since he came from a broken/disfunction family. Darcy doesn't deserve this after all she has done for this family. We as a family stand in this petition praying and believing that the truth will come to light and justice will be served. Darcy we love you and we are very thankful for all you did for our daughters and for being a real educator.

Mrs.Smith is the most kind hearted, and loving teacher there is . she is incapable of doing this to any student . all of these rumors about her are not true, at all . She loves all her students as her own children . if you take her away, you should know, you're taking away one of the best teachers there are in this district .

I've known Darcy since I was in highschool. In that point in time I was thinking about becoming a teacher. She opened her door to me and I was able to grasp what it meant to be an exemplar teacher. Over the years I kept in touch with Darcy as I began my teaching career. She is a thoughtful and passionate teacher. One of the things Darcy taught her students was to stand up for injustices in the world and to care for others. Her "son" was living in a broken home with unfortunate family situations. Darcy lovingly cared for her "son" out of the kindness and generosity of her heart and soul. Darcy's dedication and passion for teaching has inspired a generation of students in her community, many students being those who might have never had an interest in attending college before. A whole community knows the REAL Darcy and recognize your commitment to children in the past decade. Darcy we support, care, and love you. We are thinking and praying in this time. Justice will be served.

save mrs.smith she was my 2nd and 6th grade teacher i know her very well she is not that type of woman to take advantage of a child/teen in any way she was always there to help others better them selfes she was always anti physical like if someone wanted a hug she would just do a simple side arm even when people would run up to her and.try to give her a big hig she would turn aide was and give out a side arm hug or a highfive nothing out of the norm she is an amazing woman who does not deserve this smh the guy that is saying this was my bestfriend from 2nd-6th grade hes always been the one to make things up and lie wgen things arent going his way! let mrs smith go!

Maybe because he got kicked out of her house for dropping out of college. Don't you think you would want to get back at the person for kicking you out of your own "home" because you made a decision you want? Honestly if the administrators or whoever are going to assume this is true get a fortune teller or something, they can't get really just cause her of doing such a thing especially if she doesn't have a personality that doesn't for that kind of action. I had a child two children in that school and knew Darcy Smith. Not once did I ever see her do anything but care about her students and always went above and beyond for them!

I don't believe she did this, she is one of the nicest teachers ever.

It is too bad that someone who has opened her home and given these boys nothing but love and guidance is rewarded with such a vicious attack. Mrs Smith is one of the involved teachers that there is. Mrs.smit is incapable of comitting any crime against any child. Look at the facts if she started a relationship with this child when he was 14 and they had a theee year relationship why did he stay in her house for 3 more years?
