Please keep wildlife safe in the Malvern Hills. Areas of outstanding natural beauty should be exactly that - for people and animals alike!

I used to visit the hills during my time in Oxford, and more recently. Learned & honest opinion is utterly opposed to this insane slaughter. Please allow our native wildlife to live in peace.

Keep the Malvern Hills a place of tranquility. A area of sacturary for people to enjoy nature and for wildlife to be safe. There are very few area left like this. Most badgers are forced to live on farmland - but they have first claim to the land where they are now persecuted. Let the Malvern Hills be an area where conservation really means something.

I visited the Malvern Hills many times when I lived in nearby Gloucestershire. Please do not allow badgers to be culled in the area - there is no scientific evidence to support this inhumane practice.

I remember visiting and playing on the hills as a child - I grew up in Bromsgrove, Worcs. I do NOT support the badger cull.

Having visited the Malvern Hills many times I appeal to the Conservators to ban culling of badgers on all land owned and managed by them - thank you.

We should not be killing badgers when we have a TB test for cattle that is only 80% accurate. Also we now know about 'Anergic' cows, these are cows that consistently test negative for the disease when sick with it, they are only found when sent for slaughter. My neighbour had one of these, an animal home reared on the farm for 7 years, in a closed herd, and sent for slaughter when at the end of her economic life, she was condemned because she was riddled with the disease, and had been carrying it for at least 5 years which explained his constant breakdowns over that time, he is now TB free for the first time in 5 years, and convinced that this animal caused his problems. Without a more accurate test we will not pick up on these cows and farmers will continue to suffer no matter how many badgers you kill. Badges like all our warm blooded wildlife are the victims of a cross species over spill, and not the cause of the problem, please consider not culling them. Jan Curtis.

Vaccinate don't annihilate. The cull has been proven to be inhumane and ineffective. Animals have been slaughtered for nothing. Stop the killing!

Badger culling is barbaric, cruel & a National Disgrace. Vaccination of Cattle & Badgers is the only way forward

There is so much doubt whether a cull is effective. Much better and more humane to vaccinate badgers and cattle.

I believe culling to be inhumane, unscientific and of no relevance at all in eradicating bTB.
