It'll wreck your local economy if you allow a badger cull in an OANB, who would want to sleep in a tent near a badger cull when those bullets have an up to two mile trajectory? Or walk within two miles of such a place. Vaccination is the only sensible way to go, for both humans and badgers.

Culling has no meaningful place in controlling bTB. It has been proved. If you manage the land scientifically you must follow the science.

I have to uphold Britain's reputation for animal welfare in Germany! For goodness' sake help me and ban this ridiculous cull on your land, which my wife and I visit when we come back to England. The badger is a British icon, for heaven's sake, and the BCG vaccine is more effective in them than in us. Hope I can trust you not to let me, Britain and the badgers down ...thank you.

badgers are a protected species under the Bern Convention - vaccination of both badgers and cattle is a far more effective and proven way to reduce bTB.

I do not live in the Malvern Hills but I've visited them several times and love the area. I have special memories of walking the Hills in 2011 with my husband, who died of cancer just 4 months later. PLEASE do not allow this unscientific badger cull to be implemented in the wonderful Malvern Hills area. Please consider vaccination instead.

Politics should not over-rule science. Please take heed of this and preserve our badgers as well your landscape so that I may visit your area again with a clear conscience.

The Malvern Hills are great for walkers and wildlife. Many people come just because they can see such a variety of wildlife. Please do not let the Malvern Hills become a killing ground, the whole cull is based on false science, and most of the country is thoroughly fed up with the policy.

Please look after your special British badgers as well as your special British landscape which we have had enjoyment of travelling in many times. This I understand will for cows be better too

Please conserve our wildlife as well as your beautiful countryside, which I have had the pleasure of staying in. Badger culls cause strife and divisiveness in country communities and can exacerbate the problem of bTB in cattle; vaccination is cheaper, more compassionate, less disruptive and more effective.

My earliest post war hols were there. Don't mar the area with the disaster that was Somerset/Glos

Such lovely holidays would never be the same if I knew the badgers were gone.

Please do not allow badgers to be slaughtered with this dreadful experiment, which won't eradicate bTB, and may make things worse.

I have fond memories of visits to Tenbury Wells and Leominster; I hope most fervently that you will not tarnish them irrevocably with the unnecessarily and pointlessly spilt blood of badgers.
