We work together with teacher to ensure all children get the best possible education. Without our help, all kids won’t thrive and teachers can’t teach to the best of their abilities.
EA’s are a crucial part of the teaching teams and we deserve to earn a wage that shows that!!

"Staying home isn't good for anyone. You need to go to school, and I need to go to work. If you don't attend school, it affects your education and future. Similarly, if I don't work, I won't be able to afford anything for our family. Education and work are both important for our well-being."

They need to be compensated appropriately, though the work that they do to support our kids in priceless!!!
