​Petition: Support Edmonton and Sturgeon District School Staff for Fair Compensation and Stability in Education

I work as an EA. We need to be treated fairly!!

Our special needs kids and families are being held hostage to unfair wages, along with us!

Sturgeon School Division has not had a pay increase in years and needs to divide the funding fairly. Stop with the caps and adjust for inflation.

If you knew what we REALLY do day-in-and-day-out, you would understand.

I’m signing for daughter who is in pre k and can’t go to school.

This strike needs to end ASAP. I support all the employees but I have been forced to take a leave of absence from my job while my son is home online. No compensation for the single parent's out of work now too.

EA'S and support staff are a vital part of our schools. They work hard and care hard for our children. They deserve a living wage and RESPECT.

My son is 6yrs old and is disabled born with Williams syndrome and global developmental delay this strike is detrimental to his well being and health also his learning. There should Never Be a strike that affects the wellbeing of any child period. What happened to children come first yet I see a side that pockets are way more important then the child . Which is wrong and legal.

Our support staff deserve a fair wage!

Our children education is the future of our nation. I support teachers 100%.

They deserve a living wage to sustain the important work they do. Without them, our school system does not work.
