Lack of transpirancy

After completing degree in information science people should not have to volunteer at libraries to get more experience because of they know they are graduate, they just have to give them internships to gain experience or be library assistant

Someone who will manage National library of South Africa must have LiS qualifications and relevant experience to be able to deliver and contribute to the organisation

Qualified candidates must be appointed even in the municipal government

We have many qualified and experienced people in this field who can fill up that position

National library of South Africa must respect our profession
