Petition to change the Street Parking Covenants in Driftwood Phase 2 Subdivision

What about Medical help that comes to houses that are not allowed to park in driveways. This needs to be considered.

No overnight parking, ice cream trucks and food trucks should be allowed with no additional fees.

I agree with everyone else about the food truck and ice cream truck without fees.

My address is 77 Red Bay ct. Santa Rosa beach. Fl

Park in driveway (not crossing sidewalk) if that is available. No overnight street parking. Food trucks should be allowed, without a fee, one night a week.

It’s possible that only my maiden name is with the HOA as I’ve tried numerous times to update information with the management company (by phone and in person) and get no response.

No overnight parking is my preference.

I believe the covenant should reflect 9am-10pm. Children have parties!

I think if there is an opportunity to change the wording before this is presented, that on the weekends parking should be allowed from say, 9 AM to 10 PM for people that are having parties on weekends. Thank you for doing this!

224 Pin Oak Loop Ice cream trucks should be allowed to drive through the neighborhood since they are only stopping briefly. Also, I think food trucks should be allowed, without a fee, one night a week. These are both a service to the community.
