25% reduction would be fair for the reduced service and the economic impact on parents with leave without pay and job losses

As mentioned, the percentage feels like an initial attempt to show some understanding but it does not go far enough. The school needs to align its position to other industries. With at least one parent home schooling and missing out on a salary, as well as others fighting for their jobs, this does not align to the current situation. Very disappointing. Please rethink.

Having had a chance now to review the situation currently in Dubai I think a number of factors play into what can be described as a fair reduction in fees given the circumstances. Households are having their income cut in some cases up to 100% as organisations cut their costs due to the steep fall off in revenue, alongside this being locked down as parents we are spending numerous each day supporting our kids and they are struggling with the new concept. The final point is the operational overheads of the school have dropped as result of the buildings being empty and as a result all points need consideration in regards to a fair reduction in fees. 10% unfortunately is not a real supportive reduction in fees and consideration needs to be taken in terms of the impact on parents. A lot of the schools in Dubai are reducing by 20% or more. Come on JESS support your parents and give a fair reduction taking into consideration the circumstances financially for families

In unprecedented times we are to support each other. I believe Jess will make the right decision too. Please reduce the tuition fee.

I believe 15-20% would be a fair reduction given the significantly reduced service we are receiving

We feel that schooling fees should be reduced to reflect the direct reduced cost on school operation ,towards delivering the education for our children . Parents are now dedicating their valuable time and material resources to compensate what teachers can not accomplish through home schooling / distance learning program in place .

Please review your fee reduction. Times are tough and a 10% reduction just isn’t enough to alleviate the financial stress families are facing.

The current reduction isnt enough considering the amount of effort and live active studies PE IA and lots more one to one sessions and not in consideration to parents situation and overall conditio

For primary classes like Fs1 it’s very little plus for non profit school to give little discount isnt fair when parents have 0 income

Just with the schools closed the DEWA cost alone would be more than that 10% .... JESS needs to do it's fair share to give back to the parents to reset the economic dynamics of this pandemic.

We hope JESS will seriously consider the parents request.

We need more assistance from Jess. Our 3 kids attend and we have always supported the school. Now is the time for Jess to give back. Fees have relentlessly increased year on year... Whilst a step in the right direction a 10% discount just does not reflect the market conditions and the current financial burdens on families. Many parents dont have the benefit of an Employer paying their school fees, and a lot of people are seriously struggling financially. Sincerely hoping that Jess listens to our requests and takes the right action to increase the discount %.

Please reduce fees. We are facing unforeseen situations. Will appreciate a school like JESS to understand the plight we all our in. All schools have reduced a minimum of 20%, so how has Jess justified a reduction of 10% only??

Especially at these tough times, when our salary has been reduced by 50%, it's a compelling enough a reason for the school fees to also reduce.

Please reduce fee as most parents' salary has been cut too. It is not easy. Appreciated.
