The context of this petition has been laid out multiple times in town halls through direct dialogue and other means. Why is the reasoning not being heard? Where are the details of how these measures help the municipality or the home owners? It would seem yet another cash grab in tough tough times.

Please remove redundant A.R.U CHARGES .
As they are unjustiefied, because majority of home owners had gotton permit from city of milton for construction of their basements, and city inspetors had visited, checked and passed their construction work,
So ,inspection and charging again is un justified.

This is ridiculous law. This means you should not be doing legal ARU's in future.!!! 100% denied such stupid inspections.. do some valuable work city !! Increase the safety of residents/ tax payers ..save them from breakings, car theft etc.. those are the real issues.STOP sucking money from legal homeowners!!
