I feel so sorry for Katlyn family and friends. Hendren should not be able to get out on parole. He should of gotten a lot more than 7 years, that is insane! Keep him locked up, so he dont have the chance to hurt anyone else.

No way should This man be granted a shorter sentence. Just because he was a police officer, there are no special privileges. St Louis is in a bad way, start by punishing those who do wrong and not look the other way.

I feel that his case is more troublesome because he was on duty and then aimed a gun at Katlyn. He certainly deserves to serve his full sentence. His crime is more egregious considering that he was a member of law enforcement.

I had the pleasure of meeting Katlyn several times when she came to the nursing home I worked at. She was a loving, caring person and she was taken away from us by someone who not only disrespected the law but also the position he held. Releasing Hendron is a travesty.

This police officer showed such a profound lack of judgement, and it resulted in a fellow officer's death. He should get more than a slsp on the wrist.
