2 years for murder is not acceptable! This young woman lost her life! Her family will never be whole again. Justice needs to be served, let the family decide!

Parole should not be justified after serving a couple of years. The young woman's life was taken forever.

Our judicial system needs to start having people pay the price for the things they do wrong and not just dismiss it.

I full disagree with granting early parole. He should not receive privileges because he was an officer as he took the life of another officer who isn't able to give her side of the story and will never be able to. He was supposed to be working, yet he was drinking and in the wrong district, very clearly making poor decisions that were fatal. He should have to serve his full sentence as the family of the slain officer will face her death for life. Thank you for your time.

I believe this guy should have to serve every single day of his sentence. And I think the sentence was bull crap to start with!! He took that ladies life!!

While Katlyn was an active participant in this deadly insanity, two and one half years is not nearly enough time for the officer who pulled the trigger to reflect on his action. A police officer, of all people, should know better. He should spend the entire 7 years incarcerated.

Make him serve the full sentence. He took a life whether intentional or not.

I don't think he should be treated any different than me. I had a seven yr sentence and did 6yrs 6months and it was a assault. He killed someone and only 2yrs and a few months. WOW.

I believe he should serve the entire sentence for this senseless crime. He should have been doing his job as he was supposed to be not drinking at home & being paid for it no less.

The officer who shot her needs more time to reflect and her family needs more time to heal, before he’s released.
