The roads are already awful, Our neighborhood is currently safe, brining in apartments/section 8 just brings in higher crime and we don't have the resources to cover the current minimal crime, there is no access to public transportation in this area, the schools are already full.

We need more groergies stores before apartments. Just running into Lake Worth causes so much frustration because of traffic. Went to the Dollar Gerneral (Boat Club Road) last Saturday night the checkout line was so long because no one wants to run to Lake Worth when you run out of bread. Along with that, we are in massive need of a U-turn off of 820 and Marine Creek Parkway (west bound) to get back into the neighborhood.

We are in a gridlock to get out of our neighbor every day.. This is a great community which will lose people due to the current congestion in this area.....please don't bring in more congestion.

Why would we want to do this? We are already in gridlock.

As a retired law enforcement officer from the North East. I have seen the social effects of multifamily communities. Crime will come eventually and the surrounding areas will fall prey to the criminal element. Thus property values plummet and a residential exodus begins, this will further cause the community to suffer economically and socially. I left the North East for a small home town feeling which is exactly why i love Marine Creek Ranch. Our neighbors are beautiful people of different backgrounds and cultures. I don't want to loose this. Please strike this rezoning effort down.

Dear city! How about you take a quick drive down this neck of the woods and take a look at how OVER CROWED WE ARE ALREADY. No sidewalks AT ALL. Roads are crap! How about build those apartmarts in our nice Neighboor. Yea I doubt it. How about fix the problems we already have instead of building crappy apartments!

Please no apartments. This area is already becoming over-crowded and traffic unsafe due to congestion. Please change the zoning to single family homes. I moved to this area to get away from the over-crowding that was occurring in the Watauga-Keller area. If this continues, I will once again be forced to move and I do love this neighborhood.

We do not need any more multi-family units in the area. The apartments off Old Decatur & Longhorn have made traffic congestion unbearable. There has already been an increase in crime. Property values have decreased. Schools are getting maxed out. Police, fire and emergency services are stretched to the limit. The infrastructure simply CANNOT support this project. Or is the commission simply looking at it for MONEY?!

Enough already. Our infrastructure is already overburdened and our taxes are out of control. Enough!

Please keep this land for single family homes. We do not need overcrowding, increase in traffic and apts that may potentially lower our home values. Lets keep this area safe, clean and family oriented

I support the rezoning of this land to commercial and single family homes. I do not want apartments thrown into our beautiful community. The congestion on the roads it would create would be unbearable. Our community at marine Creek ranch isn't even fully developed and we will have hundreds more houses soon.
