This area does not need more multifamily land. All city departments are very limited in this area.

Please no apartments. We do not have the infrastructure to support them. Traffic is a mess at Cromwell, Marine Creek, 820 access road, and Boat Club; the school traffic and stop lights already cause headaches; the EMS system cannot handle more since there is only one police office and one fire station for this whole north area; our area is not a place for apartments to be placed, single family houses or open play space is preferred.

I moved here to get away from the apartment life and give my little girl a safe place to live. Spent all my savings to buy this home. Apartments that were where I use to live were ok at first, then they eventually went down hill with drugs, drinking and all night parties/loud music. We couldn't even sleep and eventuality wasn't safe to go outside. This happened over a 5 year period. I don't have the money to buy another home. Please, no apartments here. Thank you

This land is better suited to commercial and single family homes, like those in the surrounding area.

The roads aren't made for more homes, let alone apt traffic! Boat Club, and Azle avenue, and the 820 service road to Azle Ave is a mess now! Fix the traffic flow, and the roads, forget more homes, and drive not even think about apts.
