This would cause a lot of problems with safety and traffic. School routes for children who walk to school are already dangerous and this danger would increase with increased traffic from apartments being built.

These are not good for the area and keep this area single family homes per the comprehensive plan.

I want the area rezoned for houses. We already have too much traffic on poorly maintained roads. Apartments would be even more traffic.

According to the sales people at David Weekly Homes, my husband and I were told that nothing would ever be built in the Greenbelt behind our home. We also paid many extra dollars to live on the Greenbelt. I believe nothing should be built there.

I agree that this area doesn't have the correct support services to add more people. It would also be nice to leave the flood plane open for the local widelife.

This area doesn't need this impact of lower property values along with increased traffic. It also doesn't need the increased crime rate that come with low income housing. Call it mean if you want but if low income housing goes in the crime will go up.

The roads in this area are overcrowded as is and there is not enough police coverage as it is right now. We need more services before more people!

I agree - I have same comment & observation as "Rosemary" that
New construction needs to be slowed until city services can catch up with the traffic and health and human service demands along with police/fire support. The City of Fort Worth freely annexed and raised taxes to our area and is allowing growth but not providing the services needed. Tragic!

Please change this multifamily zone to single housing zone because of all the reasons mentioned.
