I support efforts to change land from multifamily to singlefamily.

I want to place my support for the rezoning from multifamily to single family (#ZC-17-063). Multifamily lands will increase crime rates, destroy our property values, and crowd our schools and roadways.

I support the effort to rezone the Multifamily land between Bowman Roberts Road and Huffines, and south of Cromwell Marine Creek. This land is better suited to commercial and single family homes, like those in the surrounding area.

Our area is overpopulated and there are not adequate roadways to support an extreme increase in traffic which would be a result of multi-family dwellings.

This areas infrastructure is not suited for multi-family housing. Vehicular traffic, especially on Cromwell Marine Creek, has become a major problem, especially during rush hour. Having initially zoned this area for multifamily, steps should have been made to first improve the road system to accommodate the anticipated traffic. Additional thought should have been given to provide adequate access to police, fire, access to hospitals and other city services. I want to place my support for the rezoning from multifamily to single family.

I approve of the rezoning efforts. ZC-17-063 should be approved since our area is already under stress from the development in our area. Multifamily dwellings is not what the area needs.

This area is already overburden. I support #ZC-17-063.

We have enough apartments in this area already and there is not enough resources, jobs, hospitals,schools or infrastructure, i.e. roads to accommodate this.

We support mcr for rezoning

Just stop trying to put unwanted zoning out here. No body wants or needs more apartments or low income housing. Our resources are already spread thin as it is.

Please help us keep our neighbourhood a true neighbourhood and not a crime zone!

This area does not have the infrastructure to support a multifamily zoning. This area does not have hospitals near by, it does not provide public transportation, and there are no near employment centers. I believe these are just some of the things needed for supporting a multifamily zone.

No more apartments. Killing our property values and crowding our schools and roadways.

I prefer to see single family homes built

Please rezone this land to single family or commercial. Multi-family will cause a slew of issues which this area is not equipped to handle.
