We just moved into the neighborhood from our other neighborhood because of the school. It was a blue ribbon school. That was until they built apartments.

Too many apartments already in the area. Adding more will only mean that the single family buyers will not get what they are paying for.... "The SINGLE family environment"

We need more businesses and road improvements before we increase are population. Our increased tax dollars and gas and time to drive to get anywhere is causing people to leave. Values and the beauty of living here is declining due to poor planning in growth.

We need more apartments in this area like we need a hole in the head. Crime is already up with the new ones on Longhorn.
