Support of President Larry Frank to remain College President of LATTC

Removing the president now from the position will not change what occurred. He did not conspire, benefited-of or was part of the group of people who did do what is alleged. Because of these reasoning, I believe removing him will be an uncalled-based action. What the college needs now, is leadership to dictate conscious direction and the rest of the college [and Distric] to make sure this does not reocur. Larry has demonstrated a professional commitment to this college and to student success in particular. He has set, carry through and seen that many things here at Trade Tech move in this direction. To my knowledge, his is an asset to have in our college. If he gets removed, the gains that have been achieved will loose momentum and may cease to continue. I think it is good to continue to formulate considerations and devised a process to follow based on reason.

I have been blessed to have Larry Frank as my President. During my nine years at Trade when Larry arrived to our college, it was a rebuilding period. He has improved our campus tremendously. I have full confidence in his leadership.

I believe President Frank has learned a very hard lesson. Now it's time to really heal the campus. Let's go.......
