Larry Franks has been an ambassador for Los Angeles. We need him to continue the innovation and leadership for LATTC CAMPUS. His diplomacy with community and industry partners is essential to the overall success of the LATTC

I cannot say strongly enough how grateful I am, as a faculty member of LATT to have Larry Frank as President. He is a true leader. Kind, approachable, honest, determined as all get out to improve the lives of students, staff and faculty. He as contributed so much to LA Trade Tech. I am deeply appreciative of all of the programs and resources that Larry Frank has brought to LA Trade Tech. His dedication to our college community is exemplary and outstanding.

I am writing in support of President Larry Frank, who has exercised thoughtful leadership in fostering innovative partnerships in the best interest of LATTC, its students, and the surrounding community. Mindy Chen, PhD, MSEd

Larry Frank is an excellent leader, he is innovative, approachable, collaborative; the accolades are many. Looking online at archived newspaper articles and some emails from the past many years it shows what Larry has accomplished. Just to name a few accomplishments we can start with the Lucas Museum – billion dollar plus project that will employ some of our construction students and the permanent museum job opportunities, Grants for Vets Center, Reentry Student Program, Lower Public Transit Fees for students, Promise Zone, Bringing Dignitaries to the campus, increased completion rates, Work Source Center, Transportation Workforce in concert with Metro, Pathways, and many other relationships, partnerships, and internships and still more to come.

I support our President Larry Frank to continue as the President of LA Trade Tech College. -Dr. Mahbub Khan ====================================== INTRODUCTION: This is Dr. Khan and I am a faculty here at LATTC and I teach Physics and Astronomy here at Trade Tech. We just received an e-mail from our Academic Senate with two documents as follows: (1) A no-confidence letter signed by some of the faculty members of LATTC against our President and a VP, which was presented to the Academic Senate meeting earlier this month (March) and (2) a link to an online forum where the faculty members can show their support for President Larry Frank. The Academic Senate e-mail also mentions about an article published in the LA-Times related to this situation at Trade Tech. REFLECTION: (1) The allegations that are mentioned in the no-confidence letter sounds serious but I do not know what are the responses to those allegations from our President Larry Frank himself. I have not talked with our President about these allegations. (2) I have not seen or read the LA-Times article about this topic and so I have no comment on it. (3) I have seen continuous development of the campus structure during the last several years of my time here at Trade Tech and our President must be doing something good. (4) I have attended many gatherings that were internal at LATTC as well as with many outside guests of distinguished stature where our President Larry Frank has spoken. I have also observed him in various other platforms at the LATTC campus. To me, our President Larry Frank has come across to me as a natural leader, a very good human being, a very just-and-fair person and an amazingly modest person. I wholeheartedly support President Larry Frank, Trade is blessed to have such a dedicated and committed leader who cares about every leader constituency on campus. Continue to fight the good fight of faith and lay hold to the excellent work that had been accomplished through you. God is with you!

A president is a leader seeking to rally, inspire and engage all who can further the mission of the institution. There are no "Perfect Presidents" but there are good presidents. Larry Frank had health issues & he still came to work & lead. Larry work with all groups on campus, always smiling & inspiring. Thank You Larry for Leading Our College.
