PLEASE!!!!!!! OPT NC OUT OF COMMON CORE!!!! MY HAPPY 9 YR OLD IS NOW A SAD, DEPRESSED 11 YR OLD BECAUSE HE THINKS HE IS DUMB ALL THANKS TO COMMON CORE!!!!

Governor McCrory has had to clean up a lot of the former Governors debacles. One is her acceptance of federal money to change the curricula of our students in NC to meet FED guidelines. We want our children to learn under the best possible curricula and Common Core is not the standards we need for them.

Moore Republican Women condemns Common Core. Education is a state responsibility per the U.S. Constitution. Stop Federal intrusion. Common Core is not "for the children." Common Core is for BIG BUSINESS.

NC is smart enough to develop their own standards without allowing the feds to force their standards on us. Once in the door, they will take over education!

We don't need this nonsense in NC. We need our kids to be taught American history and the other traditional subjects.

Please optout of Common Core. Our children need better than this. Read the history books from Common Core to see how it makes our nation look. Also the math is terrible.

Please get commom core out of schools. I have never seem so many students having to get tutored especially in math. Some r making straight A's but make low on test scores. Stand up for our children

Something is terribly wrong when you have to sign a nondisclosure agreement when working on CC Standards! Governor McCrory, you need to find and talk with Sandra Stotsky and James Milgram. WHY would they not sign off on the CC Standards???

Common Core's intention to intrusively data mine our children in are;as such as political, religious, sexual emotional and psychological, is outrageous.Extremely onerous questions about self and family violates student and family privacy and such data mining has no place in our government schools.

Please respect the desire of the NC people and remove CC from our schools!!

Common Core=turning a simple subtraction problem into a ten stepper. It just doesn't make sense.

Please opt North Carolina out of Common Core. I have two students in our state school and their standards of education are mediocre at best. The teachers are struggling to implement the standards which are below what they were teaching a couple of years ago.

Governor McCrory this legislation is extremely important to North Carolina education. Common Core is a horrible attempt of Progressive social engineering. Please support this bill.
