This is a petition for visitation rights with my four year old granddaughter, Jaden May who lives in Searcy, Arkansas.  I have not seen my granddaughter since January 2013.  I have contacted her mother several times as well as sending my granddaughter packages in the mail and do not get any response back from the mother.  I have gone by her house several times and left messages on the door asking if I can see my granddaughter, no response.  I call many times during the month and I am unable to leave a message due to the fact the mail box is full, but my missed calls are never returned.  I want to have a relationship with my granddaughter and want to see her just like her other grandparents.  I ask the court to please grant me the right to visitation with my granddaughter.
