The Veteran community is unlike any other. We have plenty of unique traits about us that gives us a need for a voice and advocate in the student government

How can the Associated Students Council be regarded as the official voice of the student body if it is not inclusive all of the HSU student communities? It is time to recognize the military culture on campus by including a student veteran seat on the AS Board.

As a sister, significant other, and friend to people in this community they deserve the representation they worked hard for. Their a different community than most with their discipline, maturity, and work ethic, however, they lack the representation they need/deserve within the university.
