Ordinance 1993-690 prohibits mobile food vendors from operating within the city limits of Osceola, Arkansas. I would like the planning commission to reconsider this ordinance to mobile food vendors located in Mississippi County for longer than 30 days. This will stop any “fly by night” vendors from taking advantage of Osceola citizens.
