I agree to sign this petition to call for the immediate resignation of the above staff, President and executive members for the failure to support the voices of the cricket community of Maldives.

1. Real concerns and questions raised by players, coaches and cricket supporters have failed repeatedly to be addressed professionally.

2. Decisions are repeatedly made in an un-constitutional fashion.

3. Executive Committee is not functioning according to agreed procedures.

4. An AGM for 2019 has failed to be undertaken.

5. A decline in tournaments available for senior and junior teams. Which has led to a decline in the standard of domestic cricket..

6. Unjustified reactions to questions and public statements are made that affect the short-term and long-term development of cricket.

7. There is no Strategic Plan in place since 2017.

8. All Staff contracts are promised for more than 2 years - with only these senior managers and selected staff provided with Contracts and job security.

9. A clear public division has occurred between the Cricket Board of Maldives and registered, legitimate Cricket Clubs. Despite efforts from clubs to seek reconciliations.
