I respectfully request the reinstatement of the September examination session. Its removal may extend my period of study and create additional financial and academic difficulties. As a student who enrolled in a four-year Architecture program, I am concerned that these changes could further delay my graduation. Following the significant increase in penalty exam fees, the cancellation of the September exam session places an additional burden on many students. I kindly ask the University Administration to reconsider this decision for the benefit of the student body. Thank you for your consideration.

I think there should also be an exam session in September because not everyone has the financial ability to take exams now in June.

As Ibu students, we want the second penalty season to happen again.

We want the old system to return; let the 6-point penalty system come back.

We want penalty shootouts to be held in two sessions.

The decision of cancelling it to begin with was very disrespectful and idiotic, knowing fully well how it will affect us students, and this shouldn’t be happening to begin with. We as students need it and we ask that the rectorate be more mindful and responsible for us students no matter what it is.

I respectfully submit this petition to request approval for an additional penalty examination session in September. Due to academic difficulties during this academic year, I was unable to successfully pass several courses and currently have eight failed courses. As I will be entering my graduation year next academic year, I am making every effort to complete my outstanding obligations and continue my studies according to the program requirements. The June penalty session will provide an important opportunity to reduce the number of remaining courses. However, having access to a September penalty session is equally important, as it would allow me another chance to take examinations and improve my academic standing before the start of the graduation year. Without this opportunity, I may face significant challenges in meeting the requirements for timely progression and graduation. I fully acknowledge my academic responsibilities and am committed to dedicating the necessary time and effort to prepare for these examinations. Granting the September penalty session would provide me with a fair opportunity to demonstrate my knowledge and continue my studies successfully. I kindly ask the University Administration to consider my situation and approve my request for participation in both the June and September penalty examination sessions.
