Deliberately lying to change the outcome of a Presidential election is a grave offense to God and to me.

Harry Reid is the most evil man in America. I am shocked that he is a Mormon in good standing. A lot of my friends look at the Mormon church as being hypocritical, because of Reid.

In many, many instances Reid has run contra-towards and defied what he claims to be true - one being to be honest in all your dealings with your fellow man. Covenants made are of a much greater consequence than the Democratic party affiliation he subscribes to. No matter what comes of this petition, someday he will stand before the bar of God and have to account for his bad behavior - as "mercy cannot rob justice."

He also lied about a fellow Mormon (Mitt Romney) when he said it was a fact that Romney had not paid taxes. He was pretty proud of the fact that this lie helped to defeat Romney in 2012. He's despicable.

I agree with the petition in general. Three are a few problems, however. 1) This is not the way the church functions. Read the Doctrine and Covenants, section 102. 2) The name of the church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints". Please note the capitalization and hyphen. Let's follow the prophet, folks. We do it the way the Lord prescribed, not according to the whims and fashion of men.
