Harry Reid is not only a disgrace to his so called Mormon faith, he is a disgrace to America. I wish we could remove him from this country, but what country would want or have him.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the church were to take action against those who, by writing and/or signing this petition publicly criticize the brethren for not having acted appropriately (That is - In accordance with the desires of these malcontents)?

Could you guys at least learn to spell and punctuate? I am not expecting coherent comments from people who think they can bully the church into excommunicating a man they don't know - but it would be nice if said comments didn't require multiple readings.

Punctuation is helpful. Perhaps you could enroll in some online courses. Who gave you the authority to decide who should or should not be a member of "our church"? I think part of the problem here is that you (and many others here) really do believe it is "our church". It is Christ's, and "we" are not in a position to decide who retains his membership unless we have actually been placed in that position by Priesthood authority. I am aware that there are pious pharisees all about me, every Sunday, who suspect me of sin if I wear a blue shirt to church. You are one of these. Thank you for making me feel less and less welcome in Christ's church. Thank you for driving my children (Teenagers have a keen eye out for hypocrisy) away from Christ and into trouble. This petition will have no effect on how Harry Reid is judged by the church - And I couldn't care less how Harry Reid, or Orrin Hatch, or Mitt Romney (You get the idea) is judged by the church. It really is not my business. This is a sad, sad little affair.
