Due to the negligence and irate disposition of the other driver he costed a woman her life and left her family and kids without a mother. This is not justice to let this man out on parole. He has not served enough time to truly understand what his actions has done.

5 years is a light sentence for taking the innocent life of a young mother. He should at least serve the 5 year sentence.

I know how it feels to have someone taken too soon. People always have to remember the victim doesn't have any say so in the matter. Amber was given a "life sentence" in a sense.

Our justice system is programmed for the criminals! Prosecutors plea bargain for a lesser sentence than should have been to start with, then the criminal serves only a small portion of that! Just a mocker of justice! When a sentence is handed down, it should all be served.

Full sentence. If the early parole was stopped, offenders would be less likely to be ok with going to prison in the first place.

He killed a mother. There is no reason why he should be allowed to return to his life in anything less than the 5 year sentence. She was innocent. He isn't.
