6 months for a senseless death that forever impacted the lives of a family and took away a young mother's life is nowhere near enough punishment for the crime committed. This criminal should serve his complete sentence at the very least.

Many others have served longer sentences for a DUI charge. How is it justice to let this man out after only 6 months?

This family lost a wonderful mother, sister and wife. Parole after 6 months makes this a travesty. He must pay the consequences for his actions. Amber’s family will pay for the rest of their lives. Completing his sentence is not too much to ask.

A lifetime of reckless criminal behavior. He murdered Amber weeks prior to her college graduation. He murdered the mother of two little girls. And in the 3 years it took to sentence him-more reckless behavior. He didn’t learn his lesson. He only pleaded due to the felony fleeing charges he got in the summer of 2018. A 5-20 year sentence, he got the minimum and the thought of him being let out after 6 months to kill someone else.....

5 years isn’t enough of a sentence much less him only serving 6 MONTHS!!! He needs to do full amount of time and really should have received a longer sentence to begin with.
